RETURN POLICY
If you happen to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please return it to USADIRECTBD, and we will arrange for a replacement. However, certain conditions must be met, including:
*Please inspect the order in the presence of the delivery person.
*If you identify any defects, promptly notify the “Customer Service Department” and include a picture.
*Complaints will be considered valid for up to 5 days from the date of product receipt.
*The “Customer Service Department,” following consultation with management, will either replace the product or issue a refund within 10 working days.
*Used, swatched, or liquid products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
*The Return Policy is not applicable after the seal is broken or if the product is unsuitable for you.
*In exceptional circumstances, if a return is necessary, the customer must cover the transportation costs.
*Please ensure that the original invoice is returned along with the product.
How to send your product to USADIRECTBD Store? What will be the cost?
Our Customer Service will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address at no delivery charge. If you reside outside Dhaka, kindly send your product via Sundarban Courier Service/ SA Poribahan. If your return claim is verified, we will reimburse your courier charges.
